About Us
Dedicated to Your Longevity
AETERNUS Longevity Lab was founded to solve what most gyms overlook: how to train as you age without injury, burnout, or short-term thinking.
We run on the belief that fitness should help you move better, live longer, and stay capable for life - not just look good today. So we carefully crafted a science-based approach to bridge the gap between performance training and aging.

Our Mission
"To help people move better and live longer through science-based longevity training - becoming strong, capable, and independent whilst enjoying life to the fullest."
Our vision is a world where people don't stop moving as they age, but grow stronger, more capable, and more confident throughout their lives.
Our Values
What Drives Us

Every movement has intention. We believe smarter training creates better outcomes than unnecessary intensity.
Capability Over Aesthetics
True strength is the ability to move well, stay independent, and live fully at every age.
Science-Led
Our methods are grounded in evidence, education, and continuous learning - not trends or hype.
Our Journey
Our Story
Growing up, I realised very quickly that I come from a family of sport and exercise. Ever since I can remember, my parents had a very active routine and always encouraged us to do the same.
The apple didn't fall far from the tree though, as I always found a way to get outside and play some form of sport to exercise. Over the years, I have taken classes or competed in multiple different forms of sport - from tennis to rock climbing to even horse riding and surfing! Thanks to my parents' encouragement, I have been lucky enough to try it all in the name of exercising and staying fit. Through this, I also found my love and life in rugby. A sport I have now actively played and competed in for the last 20 years including playing for the UAE National team in Asian Championships.
As I grew older, I realised my parents stopped exercising as much and seemed to want to stay active but didn't do it as much anymore.
I started to notice that every time my dad would start a new gym routine or playing sport again, he would overdo it and constantly get injured. Meanwhile, my mum would always sign up for new classes or memberships at the gym but never drop out quickly. They both seemed to have the right intention but never found the right avenue to stay fit that suited their changing bodies and interests. The best they did was walking and maybe yoga.
That's when they would always come to me to seek advice. "Can you guide us on how to stay fit at this age?". In fact, it wasn't just my parents. A lot of their friends and parents of my friends would ask me similar questions. They all had the intention of staying fit and healthy but none of them felt there was a solution that was designed for their needs.
This is how the idea of AETERNUS was born. I realised something must be done to help not only my parents and others aged 40+, who don't have many avenues of exercise. I did a lot of research, spoke to many experts across various fitness disciplines, studied what Gyms, Fitness studios, Yoga studios offered. This led to me deciding to focus on gaining as much education as I could to ensure I could provide what the people needed. Completing my certifications, I focused on learning about the body, training needs for higher aged persons and that's how the AETERNUS PROGRAM has been made.
I hope to make a positive difference in the lives of people as they grow older.
